Back in Serbia for a small surgical revision, this is the last time Michael will need to see a doctor for his medical transition. Assigned female at birth, Michael races against time to unravel why he still doesn't feel complete and what it will take for him to catch up with his body. 

 

While under the effects of Serbian anesthetic, and finding guidance in the most unexpected people and places, Michael is forced to confront his idea of what makes a man.
